As the premier jazz ensemble of the United States Air Force, the Airmen of Note has performed around the globe.  Since its inception in 1950, the band has consistently endeavored to inspire and entertain through live concerts and recordings.  As Armen musicians, "no, we don't fly planes," but we are honored to represent all those who do.  With each performance, the Airmen of Note proudly embodies the excellence shown daily by our Total Force Airmen - active duty, guard, reserve and civilian personnel working together in over 150 different career fields to protect and defend our great Nation in air, space and cyberspace.

The "Airmen of Note Live!" is an anthology of our 2006 and 2007 performances, featuring highlights from concerts in Washington, DC as well as those from community relations tours throughout the Nation.  Capturing exciting ensemble sections along with brilliant solo work, this collection of jazz standards, masterful arrangements and innovative original works by members of the Airmen of Note colminates in an exhilirating "live" musical experience.

We hope you enjoy the "Airmen of Note Live!"
